COMPANY OVERVIEW

Infinite Sports is home to top UAE home-grown sports academies including IJF Academy, It’s Just Cricket, Absolute Gymnastics & Absolute Swimming. Infinite Active provides affordable before and after-school care for working parents. Active is currently within 2 schools and catering for 90 children a day with the view to offering this service to further schools. The program currently offers a variety of activities such as physical literacy, creative thinking, and arts & crafts.
Infinite Camps is a multi-activity holiday Camps provider currently operating out of 20 venues across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with plans to expand into other gulf regions in the near future. We cater for 600 children per day (aged between 4 -12 years old), during school holidays. The Camps program offers a variety of purposeful activities including introductions to sports, creative thinking & arts & crafts.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· High School Diploma or Equivalent qualification
· Certification or training in customer services, office administration or related areas.
· Flexibility: Adaptability to handle changing priorities, workload fluctuations, and evolving customer needs.
· Computer literacy: Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Responsibilities:

  1. Booking Management: Coordinate and manage all bookings for bookings/activities across Infinite Sports locations. Maintain accurate records of bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling and utilization of facilities. Collaborate with providers and internal teams to resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly.
  2. Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for new inquiries regarding ECAs, providing detailed information on available programs, scheduling, and registration procedures. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions, offering exceptional customer service and personalized assistance.
  3. Audits and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits on both providers and facilities to ensure compliance with Infinite Sports standards and regulations. Evaluate the quality of services provided by external vendors and assess the suitability of facilities for hosting ECAs. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance the overall experience for students and stakeholders.
  4. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, document management, and report generation. Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  5. Compliance: Work closely with the Ops team collecting all needed compliance documents of providers. Reminding providers of any documents which are expiring and uploading new documents. Collate, store and organise all documents from providers to a shared drive for easy access and navigation.
  6. Reporting: The Customer Relation Executive isresponsible to report to Academy Manager – Infinite Sports LLC/ Absolute Sports LLC.
