Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Female EYFS Nursery Teacher to support the daily operations of our Early Childhood Centre , ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children. The ideal candidate must have at least a CACHE Level 3 or a Bachelor’s degree in Early Years Education, coupled with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. This full-time role involves teaching, developing, and ensuring the safety of young children in a nurturing environment. Qualifications:
- Minimum CACHE Level 3 or equivalent (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Early Years Education preferred).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in early years education, particularly in an EYFS setting.
- Proven track record of excellent classroom and pedagogical practice.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Proficient in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.

- Develop and execute instructional activities based on the EYFS curriculum.
- Maintain high standards for pupil behaviour and learning environment positivity.
- Set and achieve clear educational objectives.
- Monitor and report on children’s developmental progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and support teaching assistants.
- Lead enriching activities and ensure safety during all indoor and outdoor play.
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings and professional development workshops.
- Uphold nursery policies and ensure confidentiality of child and family information.
- Encourage a collaborative and motivating atmosphere among staff and parents.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance educational practices and nursery standards.
