Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Female EYFS Nursery Teacher to support the daily operations of our Early Childhood Centre , ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children. The ideal candidate must have at least a CACHE Level 3 or a Bachelor’s degree in Early Years Education, coupled with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. This full-time role involves teaching, developing, and ensuring the safety of young children in a nurturing environment. Qualifications:

  • Minimum CACHE Level 3 or equivalent (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Early Years Education preferred).
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in early years education, particularly in an EYFS setting.
  • Proven track record of excellent classroom and pedagogical practice.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Proficient in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.

  • Skilled in planning and delivering engaging, diverse lessons.
  • Passionate about early childhood education and instilling a love of learning.

  • Strong teamwork skills, with an emphasis on building relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
  • Capable of assessing children’s progress and maintaining detailed developmental records.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute instructional activities based on the EYFS curriculum.
  • Maintain high standards for pupil behaviour and learning environment positivity.
  • Set and achieve clear educational objectives.
  • Monitor and report on children’s developmental progress.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and support teaching assistants.
  • Lead enriching activities and ensure safety during all indoor and outdoor play.
  • Attend and contribute to staff meetings and professional development workshops.
  • Uphold nursery policies and ensure confidentiality of child and family information.
  • Encourage a collaborative and motivating atmosphere among staff and parents.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance educational practices and nursery standards.

Work Environment:

Job Type: Full-time
