Description:
IMMEDIATE VACANCIES FOR AN EXPERIENCED FEMALE HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE WHO SPECIALIZES IN RECRUITMENT/TALENT ACQUISITION JOIN OUR TEAM HERE IN DUBAI.
The successful candidate will be covering all HR responsibilities..
This role is pivotal in fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring labor law compliance, and enhancing our organizational culture.
Recruitment/talent acquisition is a main focus in this role.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in the UAE and/or the fitness industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and familiarity with HR best practices.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing employee relations and performance management systems.
- Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing a positive working environment.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Immediate availability is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process efficiently, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Address employee relations issues, manage grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee a performance appraisal system designed to drive high performance.
- Administer a competitive pay plan and benefits program, including payroll management and maintenance of compensation/attendance records.
- Conduct training needs assessments, and design and monitor effective training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations throughout human resource management.
- Promote values and shape a positive and inclusive culture.
