Description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with a calm and positive attitude.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff as needed.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and welcoming.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Ensure security procedures are followed by signing in visitors and issuing visitor badges.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
