Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with a calm and positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff as needed.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure security procedures are followed by signing in visitors and issuing visitor badges.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
