Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in promoting and selling services like accounting & auditing, business setup, business centers and Media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and generating leads for our business center offerings, such as office spaces, meeting rooms, co-working spaces, and virtual offices. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that enhance business productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment / real estate sales, coworking spaces, or business center operations, media/ accounting & auditing firms

SKILLS:

  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of office leasing, real estate, business center offerings, media or accounting & auditing firm is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in sales
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and trends.
  • Ability to work with a diverse clientele and provide tailored solutions.
  • Multi-lingual abilities (if applicable, based on market needs).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and engage potential clients who may require office spaces, meeting rooms, co-working spaces, or virtual office services. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Client Consultation & Needs Analysis: Meet with prospective clients to understand their business requirements, present customized solutions, and offer recommendations based on their needs.
  • Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct site tours and presentations of available business center spaces, explaining the benefits and features of the facilities, including IT infrastructure, flexible office plans, meeting spaces, and amenities.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing: Handle the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals. Ensure smooth onboarding and transition for new clients.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, offering after-sales support, and maintaining ongoing communication to address any concerns.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on competitor offerings, industry trends, and market demands to provide insightful feedback to the business center management.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and feedback. Provide regular sales reports to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with promotional strategies.
