Offer:

• Salary: AED 3,000–4,000 per month plus commission
• Commission on sales
• 30 days of annual leave after the first year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the tourism or service-based industry (1 year minimum)
• Smart, energetic, and customer-focused with strong negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign) is an advantage
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Client Relations, or Tourism Management is a plus
• Female candidates only due to the nature of the job

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell the company’s tour packages and services to potential clients (training provided)
• Meet and exceed annual sales targets
• Build and maintain client relationships to secure repeat business
• Identify and qualify leads to close sales opportunities
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client experiences
• Address and resolve client concerns in a professional manner
