We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Female Receptionist cum Sales Executive to join our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Female Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth and efficient front office operations. Additionally, you will support the sales team by handling inquiries, assisting with sales activities, and maintaining customer relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Sales experience or knowledge is a Required.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Support the sales team by providing information, answering questions, and assisting with customer inquiries.
  • Process sales transactions and manage customer accounts.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the sales team.
  • Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and activities.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and manage leads from multiple platforms.
  • Contact potential customers, provide course information, and answer queries.
  • Follow up on leads to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
