We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. As a pivotal member of our sales force, you will be responsible for representing our company and facilitating real estate transactions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals.

Experience:

• sales: 2 years (Required

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Conduct property tours and provide guidance to clients on property values, market conditions, and related matters.
• Assist clients in the buying, selling, and renting of residential or commercial properties.
• Prepare and present purchase offers, negotiate contracts, and coordinate the closing process.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
• Utilize marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers, including online listings, social media, and networking events.

  Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
