ABOUT US
With over 30 years of experience in domiciliary care, SureCare Guildford and Woking specialises in delivering customised care plans that enhance the well-being of our clients, taking into account their personal preferences and needs. We collaborate closely with other health professionals and services to help our clients achieve their fullest potential by fostering independence and encouraging participation in the community. To ensure we meet our clients’ needs effectively, we conduct a no obligation first meeting, followed by a comprehensive care needs assessment conducted by our experienced staff. This is followed by the creation of a detailed care plan, which is regularly updated to adapt to any changes in our clients’ requirements.
Our stringent recruitment process and dedicated in-house training ensure that we maintain the highest standards of care through our skilled staff. We also support continuous professional growth and career advancement for our team members.
*In line with our commitment to corporate social responsibility, we allocate 2.5% of our profits to support charitable causes.
