Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential customers (cold calling, follow-up calls, or warm leads).
- Develop and present compelling sales pitches tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure trust and satisfaction, guiding them through the purchasing process.
- Respond to customer questions, objections, and concerns, providing clear and accurate information.
- Strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals and quotas.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM software.
- Ensure timely follow-up with potential leads, addressing concerns or offering additional incentives to close sales.
Required Skills:
- Clear and persuasive communication over the phone.
- The ability to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous telesales or telemarketing experience is often a plus.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales platforms.
- A positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
