Description:
What you’ll do: Reporting to the Plant Manager, the successful candidate will:
- To ensure acceptable level of customer service is provided to customers and you have the appropriate attitude;
- Be professional, friendly and courteous in the work environment;
- Have a deep knowledge of products;
- To analyze our existing and potential customers and identify other competition in the area;
- Coming to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude;
- Be familiar with and adhere to Meadow Lake Co-op policies and procedures;
- Participate in maintaining location image and housekeeping standards;
- Be available to work variety of shifts including weekends;
- Other duties as assigned.
- Operate agricultural equipment and machinery;
- Load and unload trucks coming to and from fertilizer plant;
- Carryout safety inspections in the fertilizer plant;
- Adherence to safety standards and fall protection practices;
