WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We currently have a new opportunity for an experienced Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) Manager to work on major health projects in QLD and take the lead in this specialist field. The FF&E Manager is responsible for the communication, coordination and management of the development and delivery of designated design tasks to ensure efficient and cost-effective construction of the project.
The role will form part of the wider Design team and assist the Design Manager with ensuring a complete, high-quality set of design documentation is available on program for subcontractors and site management staff to build from. It will also take ownership of co-ordination of the documentation relating to the built form including structure and services, together with internal and interiors elements, through management of project databases including BIM, Drofus, Jira etc.
We’ll expect you to build great relationships with the client representatives, architects, consultants and our wider project team.
We are looking for candidates who are specialists in FF&E and have a background in design, construction and delivery processes. Collaborating with external consultants to obtain best project outcomes, strong commercial and negotiation skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic project environment are important requirements of the role.
