JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Under broad direction, responsible for coordination, evaluation of needs, monitoring development, and/or providing guidance to individuals.
- Reviews personnel performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Mentors employees of the assigned area with competencies, training, onboarding, personnel evaluation, and processes related to Career Development.
- Promotes and monitors alignment to these processes. Interfaces, partners, and works effectively with Leadership and Talent Management relative to employee development and performance evaluation issues.
- Supports the hiring process for assigned Product Service Line (PSL); in collaboration with Human Resources and Hiring Manager.
- Visits field, labs, shops, and other locations to review people’s performance and identify knowledge gaps.
- Requires a high school diploma and 5+ years of operational or technical experience is required.
