Our client is seeking an experienced Associate to join our Fidelity, Surety Coverage business unit in Dallas, TX.
Fidelity Insurance Coverage Associate
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: Permanent

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of federal court litigation experience.
• The Attorney will handle complicated and large dollar coverage disputes, primarily in federal courts, and evaluate insurance coverage claims, predominantly in the areas of crime and professional liability insurance.
• Federal court litigation experience including taking and defending depositions and handling hearings
• Professional-lines insurance coverage experience (crime insurance experience is not required)
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong academic credentials and a passion for excellence
• The ability to thrive in a collaborative team-based setting
