JOB ADVERT SUMMARY
The incumbent will provide administrative support to the fiduciary team
EDUCATION:
- Matric with a qualification in administration or related field
EXPERIENCE:
- 1-2 years administrative role
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Good administrative skills
Key Accountabilities:
- Capture of Will Application information into an Excel spreadsheet
- Assisting with the processing of Will application data into CSV files
- Coordination of the Safe Custody of Wills and the lodgement thereof with our Safekeeping contractor
- Leads management and coordination
- Coordinate the signing of unsigned Wills and contacting clients in this regard
- Assisting with the setup of the administration functions within the Wills drafting area
- Assisting with the set-up of the administration functions within the Estates area
- Assisting our Fiduciary Administrators with general administration
- Manage and respond to all daily mail and correspondenc
