OVERVIEW:

Pembina Pipeline Corporation is currently seeking a Senior Administration, Field Office for our office in Whitecourt. This position will support both the Conventional Pipelines business unit (CBU) and Gas Services business (GBU) unit, and report to the Administration Supervisor, CBU Operations.
We are looking for a pleasant individual with a teamwork attitude, who has strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail. This individual must be flexible and adaptable to change, as they will be expected to cross train on a variety of tasks in order to provide relief coverage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of Grade 12, High School Diploma with 2-5 years office experience preferably in the oil and gas industry;
  • Post-Secondary Business Administration is an asset;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision;
  • Ability to lead/mentor a team;
  • SAP experience would be an asset; and
  • Computer literate with specific knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and SharePoint.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit employee and/or contractor information for site access on shared sites;
  • Complete goods and service receipts in SAP;
  • Creation and editing of reports and documents utilizing SAP and BPC Reporting;
  • Validate invoices against contractual terms and ensure supporting documents are attached;
  • Route invoices for proper approval and payment;
  • Monitor the delivery of services to aid in tracking and forecasting expenditures;
  • Organize and submit monthly financial accruals for the Business Units being supported;
  • Complete monthly forecasting updates utilizing BPC;
  • Adhering to important monthly financial deadlines;
  • Assist with corporate credit card reconciliation;
  • Provisioning: Onboarding new employees;
  • Facility/Building Services support and Physical Access Controller: Work with the local property management team to provide access for contractors, request access cards and troubleshoot errors, issue and track field site keys and lockers keys;
  • Assist with the Corporate Community Investment (i.e., Charity Campaigns, Breakfast programs, Days of Caring, etc.);
  • Providing backup administrative support for the Administration Supervisor vacation/sick relief as needed; and
  • Other duties as requested.
