OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW

ZeroFox seeks a Field and Partner Marketing Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. This person will strategically plan and execute field-facing marketing activities, campaigns and programming within our EMEA region, along with support for our MEA / APAC regions.
This role will report directly to the Sr. Field and Partner Marketing Manager. Working closely with our demand marketing team, sales organization, and channel partners, this role will support demand generation programs that increase awareness and grow interest, driving qualified opportunities and pipeline. The selected candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, as well as is motivated by contributing to the overall go-to-market planning and execution of flawless marketing experiences. The selected candidate needs to have strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels within / across ZeroFox.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Demonstrable regional marketing experience supporting field sales organizations and channel partners
  • Demonstrated understanding of the different cultural dynamics across the European region
  • Experience performing the activities above, typically obtained in 3-5 years (cybersecurity experience a plus!)
  • Strong written and verbal communication to effectively engage with Sales, the Partner Community, and other members of the Marketing organization
  • Self-motivation and self-starting behaviors; ability to work autonomously and collaborate with team members and partners remotely where required
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in extensive interaction with sales and field marketing teams, working cross-functionally in a diverse EMEA environment.
  • Must be London-based and willing to work out of our London office on a flexible hybrid basis 2 days per week
  • Proficiency in Google Suite is a must; experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and/or 6Sense is a plus
  • This role requires occasional work on nights and weekends as needed
  • Willingness to travel internationally across your designated region

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the EMEA regional marketing strategy, working with Senior Manager of Field & Partner Marketing, Demand Gen team and EMEA sales leadership. Providing support between parties to ensure ongoing agreement on priorities
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns from inception to optimization with a cross-functional marketing team based in EMEA and the US.
  • This will include demand generation, brand awareness, events, field marketing, web / online marketing and partner marketing campaigns.
  • Help support the execution of data-driven, customer obsessed campaigns across all channels in EMEA
  • Project manage event timelines and execute event logistics including staffing, swag, shipping, etc., ensuring every aspect of field events is well organized and delivered on time and within budget
  • Liaise between regional sales teams and the greater marketing organization, advocating for respective priorities
  • Deliver end-to-end marketing initiatives to create, expand and accelerate regional sales opportunities including but not limited to: field/live events, partner programs, webinars, and other virtual campaigns
  • Analyze data to report on marketing programs; make recommendations for optimization of field programs and initiatives to achieve demand generation goals
  • Play a key role in strategic decision making and discretion for an annual campaign selection and planning timeline, supporting corporate goals, priorities and messaging
