To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Field Application Engineer in Hungary.
WHAT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU WILL BRING TO US
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with Bash and Ansible is a point plus
- Familiar with Linux system
- Critical thinking
- Good teamwork and communication skill
- Independent and self-discipline
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of customers issues tickets reported, diagnose, troubleshoot and provide solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Coordination between developers and customers to resolve L2/L3 issues.
- Plan and coordinate between developers and customers to perform product installation and product upgrades on customer systems (Linux/Windows).
- Training and technical assistance in connection with our products.
- Potential to travel for customer onsite support and training.
- Involvement in QA process through customer feedback, internal feedback and testing.
- Assist in testing new products, procedures and technologies.
- Research and develop new techniques, procedures and proof of concept.
- Progress to specialization support in one or more camLine products.
- Perform 24/7 hotline duties with team rotation.
