To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Field Application Engineer in Hungary.

WHAT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU WILL BRING TO US

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiar with Bash and Ansible is a point plus
  • Familiar with Linux system
  • Critical thinking
  • Good teamwork and communication skill
  • Independent and self-discipline

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of customers issues tickets reported, diagnose, troubleshoot and provide solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Coordination between developers and customers to resolve L2/L3 issues.
  • Plan and coordinate between developers and customers to perform product installation and product upgrades on customer systems (Linux/Windows).
  • Training and technical assistance in connection with our products.
  • Potential to travel for customer onsite support and training.
  • Involvement in QA process through customer feedback, internal feedback and testing.
  • Assist in testing new products, procedures and technologies.
  • Research and develop new techniques, procedures and proof of concept.
  • Progress to specialization support in one or more camLine products.
  • Perform 24/7 hotline duties with team rotation.
