FIELD APPLICATION ENGINEER

Our technology will have massive implications to the Oil & Gas, Maritime, Industry 4.0, and Transport segments, particularly for the management and tracking of assets in remote and rural areas and extending 5G coverage through non-terrestrial networks.
Our office in KSA is expanding and we are looking for a Field Engineer.
Job Location

REQUIREMENTS:

• M.Sc. in Electronics / Electrical / Telecommunications / Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
• Background in Electronics and Embedded hardware and software development
• Minimum 2+ years of work experience in relevant fields
• Fluent in English & Arabic – Written and Spoken
• C/ C++ programming experience
• Working experience of satellite communications and / or satellite ground systems is a plus
• Working experience industrial sensor systems is a plus

• Technical analysis of customer system
• Learning and implementing aspects of OQ satellite IoT modem and user terminal
• Technical Preparation and execution of end-end test and demo campaigns for customers incl. software and hardware
• Managing the cloud and API interface to customer IOT network
• Building applications for customer needs.
• Travel, oversee and coordinate installation, commission, test and demonstration of OQ products and solutions on customer premises
