Description:

YOUR MISSION

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical support team and our customers. This hybrid position entails direct interaction with customers to resolve queries related to our food testing devices, provide guidance on device usage, and troubleshoot potential issues. The ideal candidate will not only support our existing customer base but also engage with prospective customers, offering technical insights and demonstrating the value of our products. Effective communication, a deep understanding of food science, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.

  • Customer Interaction: Address inquiries, guide on device usage, and troubleshoot to enhance satisfaction.
  • Technical Training & Project Execution: Lead sessions on equipment and best practices, manage technical projects.
  • Content Development for Thought Leadership: Produce white papers, stories, and webinars to position our brand as an industry leader.
  • Product Demonstrations: Showcase our products’ value and applications to both potential and existing customers.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Develop support materials with sales and technical teams, coordinate scientific publications.
  • Feedback Implementation: Relay customer feedback for product development and improvement.
  • Support Service Enhancement: Create packages to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
  • B2B Business Development: Forge and nurture relationships with business clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to drive mutual growth.
