EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, forensic sciences or equivalent required. human identification, application customer support for regulated market or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 3 years of forensic human identification experience.
- Prior field experience supporting customers in an applied and regulated technical field required.
- Confirmed experience using TFS, Applied Biosystems assays and systems.
- Experience with liquid handling robotics preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Outstanding problem solving, interpersonal and account leadership skills in a commercial environment.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication and training skills.
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

- Travel up to 75%.
