For this we are currently seeking an individual with outstanding work behaviors and a high standard of motivation to join the team as a Pharma Analytics Field Applications Scientist to cover the Benelux and Nordics Territory. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact as you provide remote and on-site application support to our customers as they apply our best in class solutions for lot-release and in-process quality control to their innovative and life-saving medicine. • Coordinate and provide technical support for post-sales applications both on-site and remotely, including setting up the lab, offering consultancy, delivering training, and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with customers to efficiently implement Pharma Analytics solutions.
• Ensure customer happiness by handling queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain up-to-date technical expertise on products and industry trends, and develop key opinion leadership within the company and externally.
• Act as the voice of our customers within the organization, influencing new product developments.
• Provide technical feedback on problems and their solutions to the team, product management, and quality management.
• Represent our solutions and services at conferences and other customer-facing events.
• Provide presales support by leading customer-facing discussions on product specifications and conducting workflow demonstrations.
