  • Experience in Marketing / Brand planning / Brand strategy development.
  • Experience from Hematology therapy area is a benefit, but not essential
  • Experience from a pharmaceutical background is essential
  • Ability to develop multichannel and digital marketing campaigns.
  • A compliance mindset and demonstrated integrity on the job
  • Ability to engage cross functional Teams
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills (both internal and external)
  • Enthusiastic - ability to energise and motivate others
  • Prior Launch experience is a benefit
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English in addition to local language

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Lilly is excited to bring innovation to the therapeutic field of Hematology. We are currently in the process of completing our cross-functional teams to strengthen and focus the launch readiness process for all the Nordic countries. We are looking for a field-based marketer who will be responsible for leading and championing the brand and the cross-functional brand team for Hematology in Finland.
