If you are a reliable, organised and caring Field Care Supervisor we would love to hear from you. You will play an integral part in coordinating the daily communications between the care team and the office team. You will be adaptable, able to relay critical information quickly and efficiently across teams and with senior leadership and be confident and assured in your ability to deliver and supervise the delivery of high-quality care.

• Provide day-to-day support and mentoring to care assistants, ensuring high performance.
• Onboard new carers, introduce them to Clients, and assess competency through the Care Certificate.
• Create, update, and review tailored care plans and risk assessments for Clients.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, regulatory standards, and internal policies, aiming for at least a “Good” CQC rating.
• Monitor and assess clients regularly for satisfaction and quality of care.
• Deliver care calls in emergencies and participate in the on-call telephone rota
• Organise and deliver induction training, assess competency, and address ongoing training needs.
• Facilitate introductions between Clients and new Care Assistants; monitor, supervise, and mentor staff.
