DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
As a Channel Account Manager for Lenovo, you will be responsible for growing the channel business with our solution providers in Canada. You will champion the innovative power of Lenovo’s solutions and create more productive, transformative and collaborative outcomes together with our channel partners. You will understand Lenovo’s portfolio of award-winning solutions and develop strategies together with our solution providers to deliver the best solutions for our customers.
Lenovo is looking for an experienced channel sales professional to join our channel sales team working with solution providers in the Greater Toronto area. The successful candidate will have experience supporting channel business relationships and processes, with a strong working knowledge of the industry. The Channel Account Manager is a field position and will require local travel within the Greater Toronto area.
The Lenovo Channel Account Executive will be responsible for:
- Lead generation and pipeline management.
- Collaborating with key account sales, product and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
- Building and fostering partner relationships across partner organizations.
- Developing and executing annual plans and business reviews.
- Leveraging programs and tools to help channel partners grow their strategic business initiatives with Lenovo
- Marketing initiatives, events, education, enablement
Basic Requirements:
- 5+ years of technology sales experience.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales growth and execution with the ability to forecast, manage business performance and results.
- Ability to foster collaboration and build influence in cross-functional teams.
- Strong verbal/presentation and written communication skills. Bilingual (French/English)
- Creative thinker who looks for innovative ways to solve business problems.
- Proven track record of selling solutions with the channel through a solutions sales approach across products, options, services and solutions.
This is a remote role based in Ontario, candidate must reside in or around territory.
