A rewarding field work providing face-to-face customer service for older and vulnerable people using our OKEachDay service. We’re looking for a friendly, social, confident, reliable, flexible and organised person who can visit older and vulnerable people in their own homes to install touchscreens (i.e. plugging in a touchscreen), explain our simple OKEachDay service and to provide aftercare customer services nationally. There is no selling involved but candidates must be able to build rapport, enjoy engaging with our customer base and be able to speak positively about our service.

You MUST have: Valid driving licence, ability to drive a long-wheel based van and be willing to travel and stay away nationally

• Full training provided.
• DBS check will be required.
• Interests in voluntary, community and social projects would be beneficial.

This is a temporary zero hours contract for approximately 12 weeks with an intended start date of late January early February (to be confirmed). Working approximately 8 hours a day, 4 days a week (Mon-Thurs during working hours). Travel may start on a Sunday on occasions . Travel home will be on a Thursday with no Friday working required. There may be an opportunity to extend to a permanent zero hour contract after the initial 12 week period.
