Key Responsibilities

• Perform installations, commissioning, and maintenance of low and medium voltage systems, including switchgear and transformers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults using advanced tools such as FLIR thermal cameras and Megger insulation testers.
• Conduct system testing and certification in compliance with international standards (e.g., IEC, NFPA).
• Manage on-site resources and tools to ensure timely and efficient task completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve technical challenges.
• Prepare concise technical reports for documentation and client communication.

Must-Have Skills

Hard Skills:

• Expertise in power distribution systems and testing equipment.
• Strong understanding of compliance and safety standards (NFPA 70E, IEC 60364).
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults.

Soft Skills:

• Problem-solving abilities for on-site challenges.
• Effective communication for team collaboration and client interaction.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• UAE Driving License

Good-to-Have Skills

Hard Skills:

• Basic knowledge of ETAP or similar power analysis software.
• Experience with renewable energy systems (e.g., solar PV, battery energy storage).
• Familiarity with retrofitting and panel design.

Additional Requirements

• Location Flexibility: Candidates must be able to commute easily to the office in Al Qusais Industrial Area and be willing to work across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Industrial Electrotechnical Technician is required.
• Languages: Proficiency in any of the following languages is welcomed: English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Tagalog, or Afrikaans.
• Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Visa Preference: Candidates on a spouse visa are preferred; however, visa sponsorship can be facilitated for eligible candidates.
• Transportation: Preference will be given to candidates with their own vehicle.

• Work Hours: As per UAE labor law or project-specific schedules.
• Probation Period: 6 months, as per UAE labor law.
