We are seeking an experienced Field Engineer - CIPP, with construction or project management experience, in Bethel, VT.
The starting salary is $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience. You will also be eligible for our Quarterly Incentive Plan (QIP). What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee project planning, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, government regulations, and environmental considerations.
  • Lead site surveys, manage contract execution, and oversee project lifecycle from start-up to closeout.
  • Coordinate and manage infrastructure repair projects using specialized cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) methods.
  • Select and collaborate with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and project profitability.
  • Prepare estimates, manage budgets, and track project costs using Primavera P6 software.
  • Handle permitting, material procurement, and contract administration, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Attend key meetings with clients and stakeholders, providing project updates and maintaining strong communication.

What We Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management with 2+ years of hands-on construction management experience, or 5+ years of experience managing construction projects with an annual portfolio of $1MM+ strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license is required with a clean motor vehicle report.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, potentially up to 50% of the time (mostly day trips covering the Northeast).
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • A strong grasp of basic Accounting and Finance principles is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in water/sewer systems or municipal projects is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must. Experience with Primavera Unifier and JD Edwards software is a plus.
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction is essential.
