Description:

KenWave’s Tonal Pipe Assessment™ (TPA) Technology is non-invasive and provides reliable information on pipe wall conditions, leaks, air pockets, and other anomalies without the risks and dangers of invasive inspection. Our technology is safe, simple, scalable and provides maximum network coverage.

FORGE CONNECTIONS, FUEL GROWTH: LEAD AS A DATA ANALYST AT KENWAVE!:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Field Engineer to join our Project Delivery Team. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Project Manager to maintain daily operations for project field services delivery.

Specific accountabilities include:

  • Develop operational knowledge of KenWave’s proprietary technology and associated equipment.
  • Work as a member of the project delivery team to plan and execute projects.
  • Assist with material requisitions, logistics arrangements, and on-site operations with internal staff as well as 3rd party vendors/contractors.
  • Organize and maintain a variety of files and records; work logically and systematically using effective time management skills.
  • Drive operational excellence by meeting clients’ expectations on an ongoing basis by continuously improving the processes by which a business operates.
  • Work with the Project Manager to schedule, coordinate, and review assignments to ensure compliance with client/contract requirements.
  • Ensure project/operational deliverables meet or exceed stakeholder expectations by following KenWave’s standard operating procedures.
  • Provide technical assistance to staff in resolving problems.
  • Preparation of maintenance schedule and report,
  • Ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of all internal and external systems and products serviced by Service Operations
  • Maintain spares and inventory list, ensuring enough parts for daily operations
  • Assist to develop and implement operating procedures and cost control initiatives to improve work efficiency and reduce maintenance and operating cost
  • Analyze field issues and communicate with the internal team for resolutions. Report and escalate to the next level those problems which cannot be resolved
  • To support cross functional team when needed.
  • Ensure company’s safety program and goals are implemented and enforce proper safety procedures while working in any situations.
  • Comply with rules, regulations, safe work habits and potential hazards presented by the work environment.

Education & Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Civil from an accredited University
  • 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Eligible to obtain a P. Eng designation in Canada
  • USA TN Visa eligible
  • Experience with potable water or wastewater systems is an asset
  • Experience in Surveing and GIS Data Collection and presentation is an asset
  • Energetic and able to work as a team.
  • Excellent communication skills to be able to transmit and receive information clearly within a team
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Additional Information: :

  • Successful candidates cannot have any restrictions on their driver’s license
  • Standard weekly job hours: 40+ hours
  • May require working outdoors in various weather, traffic and environmental conditions
  • May require travelling outside of Canada
  • May require working at heights
  • May require working in confined spaces
