Field Engineer Smart Home Automation

• Install and set up smart home devices, including lighting control, thermostats, security cameras, sensors and home entertainment systems.
• Configure and program control systems to meet client requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with installed systems.
• Provide immediate support to address client concerns or malfunction.
• Integrate various smart devices into a unified home automation platform.
• Ensure compatibility between devices and proper network connectivity.
• Conduct functional and performance testing of installed systems.
• Educate clients on how to use and maintain their home automation systems.
• Create system design plans, installation guides, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
• Adhere to safety standards and industry regulations during installation and maintenance.
• Maintain detailed records of installation, configuration and maintenance activities.
• Create reports for internal review and client reference.
• Accountable for identifying site risk, and communicate them to his supervisor
• Accountable for equipment safety and performance.
• Any Additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Smart Home Automation: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Preferred)
