Your role:
Are you ready to kick off the next step of your career and take an active part in the future of our journey in Market Access? We are looking for a skilled colleague to strengthen our Market Access team and to develop our Market Access operations in Finland to the next level. As part of Market Access & Pricing team Finland, you will monitor and analyze the Finnish health care system, engage relevant decision-making/payer stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional activities to optimize value demonstration at regional level. Your role will include all therapeutic areas. Collaboration, customer centricity and a future-oriented mindset are keywords of this role. You will be managing hospital tenders and agreements to maintain optimal access & pricing at regional level. You will be building partnerships and driving market access field work with relevant external stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional events and activities to deliver value message at regional level. You will be contributing to the cross functional brand teams by providing market access expertise and insights.
Who you are:
- Educated to a university degree in health sciences, pharmacy, or business.
- 3-5 years’ experience in the pharma industry, preferably within commercial, market access or external affairs roles.
- Experience in customer engagement, including clinicians and regional decision-makers.
- Good knowledge of the Finnish health care system at national and regional level.
- Proficient in Finnish and English.
- Have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Finland.
