REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Seasoned experience in UK&I Field Marketing roles within enterprise-focused software and/or SaaS organisations
  • Hands-on marketing experience in driving and executing successful marketing programs
  • Skilled in leading creative, compelling, regionalised integrated marketing campaigns that generate demand and drive measurable results
  • Demonstrated ability to organise, prioritise, and multitask under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques
  • Working knowledge of SFDC and Marketo
  • Great relationship building, thought leadership and negotiation skills
  • Ability to mentor and develop early career talent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently or collaboratively

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

Ping Identity is looking for a proactive Field Marketing Director to join the UK&I region, the most developed market for Ping Identity in EMEA.
This role is responsible for defining the local GTM strategy, executing marketing programs to develop new prospects, improving customer retention and supporting partner marketing engagement in the UK&I market.
This candidate will have a clear strategic vision for their current region, possessing a decisive and creative approach to Go To Market execution, and an ability to create an open, communicative, proactive and positive working relationship with stakeholders and the UK&I leadership team.
This innovative and forward-thinking professional will partner closely with the UK&I sales organisation and work with pan-EMEA teams to implement strategic go-to-market plans, focusing on multi-touch campaigns and contributing to the overall strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and develop the strategic approach required for success in UK&I
  • Drive and report on the UK&I pipeline alongside Sales and Channel Leaders, and align with the UK&I SDR’s for effective and efficient follow through on campaigns to pipeline
  • Work with internal parties and third-party vendors to develop the Go To Market vision
  • Develop the UK&I plan with a clear focus on measurable success
  • Review, refine and develop the GTM tactics on a regular basis to ensure continued engagement and penetration into named strategic accounts
  • Create and execute vertical, enterprise-grade GTM plans for Major Account Executives
  • Provide articulate feedback on the campaigns, analysis of success and next steps
  • Participate to the quarterly QBRs reporting on successes and outlining future strategies and tactics
  • Responsible for procurement processes, auditing and accountability for budget spend and management
  • Approximately 30% travel, mostly within the UK&I region but some within Europe or US
