Description:

  • As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business through strategic planning, creative thinking, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Your responsibilities will include building strong business relationships, effectively presenting our products, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of Marketing experience (Min of 2-3yrs) in Sales, Branding or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and sales software.

Responsibilities:

The Marketing Executive position includes the following key responsibilities:

  • Carry out Campaign execution by planning and executing field marketing campaigns, events, and activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategy.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and gather customer feedback.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement efficient marketing strategies that drive results.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of trends, brand awareness, and competition.
  • Identify and generate leads through various field marketing activities.
  • Engage with potential customers to promote products/services and capture contact information for follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead nurturing strategies.
  • Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and materials to support their efforts.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Engage with customers in the field to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
  • Continuously seek new revenue opportunities to drive business growth
