WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a highly motivated EMEA Field Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team in EMEA. In this role, you will drive and execute regional and event-based marketing programs to build brand awareness, generate demand, and support pipeline acceleration for the EMEA regions. You will work closely with sales, demand generation, and the larger marketing team to develop and implement tailored marketing strategies that resonate with key customer segments and industry verticals. - Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of field events including conferences, trade shows, workshops, webinars, and Contentstack-hosted events to enhance brand visibility and engage potential customers.
- Partner with regional account executives and leaders to align marketing initiatives with sales priorities, creating a cohesive approach to lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
- Drive MQO (Marketing Qualified Opportunity) growth through multi-channel field programs, including webinars, in-person events, ABM (Account-Based Marketing) tactics, and strategic partnerships.
- Some management of third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure that projects remain on budget and on schedule.
- Design and implement strategic marketing programs tailored to regional markets, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and sales goals.
- Measure the success of field marketing initiatives by tracking key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline impact, and ROI. Use data insights to inform and improve future programs.
- Gather market and competitive insights through field interactions to help inform overall marketing and product strategies.
