We are searching for a Field Marketing Manager, MEAT to be responsible for all regional marketing activity, including but not limited to: field marketing events, adapt all marketing material in local languages, the lead generation plan, supporting sales and channel partners in the specific region. The Field Marketing Manager, MEAT must develop a marketing strategy aligned with regional sales strategies. Moreover, she/he is responsible for managing agencies and to collaborate with channel partners. The Field Marketing Manager, MEAT reports to the Senior Regional Director - MEAT and is based in UAE.

EDUCATION
- Marketing or general business degree
- Minimum 3 years work experience in business-to-business marketing
- Have fluency in English, Arabic (French, and/or German optional) languages would be a plus
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong project management, multitasking, organization and prioritization abilities
- At least 5 years’ experience in connected gas detection
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Marketing Teams in EMEA, APAC and Americas to come up with effective region-specific marketing plan that supports the strategy.
- Manage marketing budget and expenses in the specific region, coordinate with Finance Department on invoices.
- Plan and manage all aspects of field marketing events to create new sales opportunities.
- Measure and report performance of marketing activities such as events and lead generation, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and suggest areas for improvement.
- Support sales team and channel partners with any marketing needs requested.
- Increase brand awareness locally/regionally, and MQLs for the region.
- Support product & solution launches.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Coordinate marketing materials translations for the region.
- Support various other marketing projects as needed.
- Successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
