Responsibilities:

  • Act as a valued brand resource and advocate for Boochcraft and Mood.
  • Maintain awareness of best practices, trends, and brand standards.
  • Implement brand and trade marketing strategies in the market.
  • Develop and engage in on-premise (bar/restaurant/taproom) activations in assigned target accounts.
  • Organize and execute sampling events in local off premise retail, grocery, and community engagement events.
  • Execute events as assigned by manager.
  • Deliver engaging brand and category educational presentations for trade and consumers.
  • Ensures POS and promotional collateral is up-to-date and visible in accounts.
  • Maintain standards across products and POS, making real time adjustments as needed.
  • Gather real-time photo and video content to share with the social media team.
  • Create and maintain relationships with key market stakeholders, including local trade community, influencers and partners.
  • Provide positive and memorable experiences for consumers.
  • Leverage social media and other tools to promote sales within community and designated territory.
  • Participate in debriefs with team to effectively decipher strengths and opportunities for events, POS and activations.
  • Complete quantitative and qualitative reports as needed, including competitive brand observations.
  • Adheres to T&E and activation budgets.
  • Increase brand awareness by partnering with sales team to activate assigned accounts.
  • Capture event execution in appropriate reporting tool.
  • Field based position spending 4.5 days/week activating the market, 0.5 days administrative and/or event sourcing.
  • Audit 3rd party agency personnel in the field as directed by manager.
  • Nontraditional working hours, Typical schedule could be Thursday – Monday Noon to 8pm, Work schedule follows consumer shopping and event trends, some overtime to be expected.
  • Achieve assigned goals.
  • Priorities adjusted by manager.
  • Report to VP of Sales.
