Job Description
Sprinklr, a unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform, is seeking a talented Field Marketing professional to join our MEA team. This mid-level role will focus on planning and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and sales growth. You will work closely with sales leaders and global marketing peers to deliver impactful programs that meet quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute localized marketing plans aligned with corporate strategies.
  • Partner with sales teams to support lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and event management.
  • Plan, organize, and execute in-person and virtual events across the MEA region, ensuring seamless delivery and high attendee satisfaction.
  • Manage the end-to-end lead process and collaborate with inside sales and marketing ops to drive conversions and report campaign success.
  • Oversee regional marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation across campaigns, events, and translation needs for multilingual regions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, providing the “voice of the field” to optimize marketing activities and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in field marketing, with a focus on account-based marketing, demand generation, and event management.
  • Strong collaboration with sales teams and experience in aligning marketing strategies with sales goals.
  • Proven experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on campaign ROI.
  • Strong analytical mindset to inform decisions, drive improvement, and measure performance.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to both internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Event management and B2B marketing experience are a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic.
  • A self-starter mentality with a passion for learning, creativity, and innovation.
