Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated & experienced Field Officers to join our NIGSIMS project team in Adamawa. The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting field operations and monitoring project activities to ensure the achievement of project objectives.
- Minimum Qualification : Degree
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 1 year
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field operations or community engagement.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and reporting skills.
- Strong understanding of the local languages (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and in remote areas.
- Basic knowledge of data collection methods and tools.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
- Previous experience working in rural development projects is preferred.
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 (monthly)

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct field operations and data collection.
- Engage with local communities and stakeholders.
- Monitor project activities and report findings.
- Ensure adherence to project guidelines and protocols.
- Provide support to the Project Coordinator.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure effective project implementation.
- Conduct training sessions for local stakeholders on project-related topics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and prepare regular reports for project updates.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges encountered during field operations.
- Conduct awareness campaigns to inform and educate the local community about project objectives and benefits.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
