Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Bluecurrent (formerly Vector Metering) is a leading provider of innovative smart metering services and solutions in New Zealand and Australia. As a B2B company, we partner with leading energy retailers and distributors in New Zealand and Australia.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Operations Coordinator to join the dynamic Bluecurrent team. In this role, you will help to ensure that the depot operates efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Invoicing and debt management
  • Assignment of jobs to appropriate field staff or contractors
  • Interact with customers to resolve issues and provide feedback as required
  • Monitoring and management of jobs to ensure completion to required KPl’s
  • Liaise with local Network Companies
  • Monthly project job reconciliation and batch preparation
  • General admin and reception duties
  • Facilitate with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on internal system modifications to prepare for implementation.
