JOB OVERVIEW

As a Wireline Field Operator I, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation of wireline equipment and tools used in oil and gas well interventions. You will work as part of a crew, performing various tasks to ensure the safe and efficient execution of wireline operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 0-1+ years of related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication level and English speaking and writing.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy equipment and working in outdoor conditions.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel and work at various well sites as needed.
  

  LI-MD

• Assist in the rigging up and rigging down of wireline equipment and tools at well sites.
• Perform pre-job inspections and maintenance on wireline equipment and tools.
• Assist in the preparation and handling of wireline tools, including lubricators, pressure control equipment, and downhole tools.
• Participate in the deployment and retrieval of wireline tools into and out of the well.
• Monitor and record data during wireline operations, such as depth, weight, and pressure readings.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage and handling of equipment and materials.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in the transportation and loading/unloading of wireline equipment and materials.
