KWS Italia S.p.A. is looking for a Field Production Technician for the Cremona area. This position is full-time and unlimited.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise growers during the production process to improve yield, quality and stability in seed production
- Supervise and monitor all production processes
- Implement new production techniques
- Implement high-quality assurance measures
- Support all activities related the sugar beet seed production (nurseries included), cereals and other projects
- Ensure production stability on a high marketable level (germination and purity)
- Support continuous improvement projects in field production activities
