Job Description

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Full time 36.25 hours per week. Permanent. Nottingham or Reading based with hybrid working and occasional travel between locations. Flexible working with some evening and occasional weekend work required.
At SAM-Sensory Dimensions we work with well known brands to help them develop and improve their products. This involves conducting research projects on a range of different product types with consumers from our expanding community of testers who evaluate products either at our facility or from their own homes.
This position sits within the team responsible for the maintenance, growth and development of our consumer community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To work at all times in accordance with the Company Culture.
  • To organise and plan your time to ensure that all your deadlines are met and promises to both clients and colleagues kept.
  • Deputise for the Consumer Panel Manager when he/she is out of the office.
  • Implement the company procedure for recruiting consumers onto our database.
  • Take ownership of consumer recruitment campaigns, ensuring all studies are recruited on time, to budget, and quotas met. Where numbers are not met, proactively finding solutions.
  • Train staff on how to use the consumer database.
  • Identify and solve problems, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Communicate regularly with Project Managers about recruitment progress and any aspect of recruitment that has an impact on projects.
  • Assist with the design and implementation of recruitment campaigns, designed to recruit consumers to the database and to target specific consumer groups.
  • Actively seeking and actioning consumer experience feedback.
  • Manage the consumer inbox, escalating any issues to the Consumer Panel Manager.
  • Perform random quality checks on consumer records.
  • Ensure consumer information is held according to GDPR.
  • Assist the Consumer Panel Manager with induction and training of casual staff (recruiters).
  • Brief recruiters on studies and support them with study-related queries.

    Applicants should be proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel, and be adept at working with numbers
