Having built our network our strategic focus is to increase our customer connections, and we are looking for talented Field Sales professionals to grow our customer base with both Fibre and Wireless customer connections.
Having high speed broadband enables people living in rural communities to work from home, study and develop their education, interact socially online which reduces isolation. It means you can communicate with friends and loved ones around the globe, you can achieve download speeds for gaming. It breaks down barriers and brings people closer together and it supports the heart of communities. Nearly all of us need it for Smart Phones and TV Channels. Broadband is another utility most of us cant live without.

What you need to be considered for the role:

  • Previous sales experience (essential)
  • Experience with door-to-door sales
  • Capable of building rapport with customers
  • Pro-active target driven approach
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Be flexible and adaptable to change
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THE ROLE OF A FIELD SALES ADVISOR AT AIRBAND

After you have gone through our screening process with the Talent Team, and if you are successful in the two-stage interview and selection process, you can expect to be doing the following in the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Take ownership of your territory, attend local events, meetings and fairs
  • Develop good relationships with the community and identify their challenges and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Visit customers directly to gather information to find the best solution to understand their broadband requirements
  • Identify the best connection method be that Fibre or Wireless
  • Foster customer relationships via further visits and telephone calls and encourage referrals
  • When its raining (or snowing) and knocking on the door is more of a challenge, continue to build relationships over the phone, being pro-active and making calls to prospects and new customers
  • And of course, you will need to meet individual and team sales targets.
