A leading provider of high-quality products and services in the Food, Hospitality, and FMCG sectors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales and Business Development Officers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends in the Food, Hospitality, and FMCG sectors.
  • Analyze market data to develop strategies for expanding the market presence and increasing sales.
  • Identify and target new clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Food, Hospitality, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
