As our Field Sales Director, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by overseeing our Nalco Water Light operations across Australia and New Zealand. In this senior position, your role will be to deliver profitable growth, customer value, innovation and service excellence in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and management for the Nalco Water Light operations across ANZ.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets, profitability, and market share growth.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team, with a core emphasis on people development, including hiring, succession planning, and training.
- Drive best practices, innovation, and total value delivered to customers, while ensuring growth and sales planning.
- Monitor and take full accountability for sales and profit.
- Collaborate with the Nalco Water Light Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to drive strategic initiatives and align with company goals.
