Field Sales Engineer (Welding)
This role is focused on driving sales growth for HIP and DS products within the assigned sales area. You will be responsible for achieving the regional sales targets for Equipment and DDA Equipment, while working closely with key accounts and sales teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

What You’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute a growth plan for HIP and DS sales in the region.
  • Achieve the regional Equipment and DDA Equipment budget.
  • Promote value selling of HIP and DS to existing and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAM) and General Sales Engineers.
  • Provide support to welding distributors for Equipment & DS opportunities.
  • Assist in launching Digital Solutions, training, and new products in the region.
  • Ensure product positioning aligns with local market demands.
  • Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and successful solution delivery.
  • 75% travel required, with occasional international travel.

What We are looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related position, with a proven track record in market development and sales growth (experience in a similar business or related industry is preferred)
  • University degree or Secondary School graduation (technical degree is preferred)
  • Local language + fluency in English
  • Strong sales foundations
  • Confident negotiation skills, self-discipline, and autonomy in planning and execution
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Valid driving license
