POSITION OVERVIEW

Cotteswold Dairy is looking for a team of ambitious Field Sales Executives (Doorstep Canvassers) to drive growth in our doorstep delivery service. Working in pairs, you’ll be responsible for promoting our local delivery offerings directly to potential customers in targeted areas, enhancing our community reach. This role is central to our goal of creating a responsible and sustainable dairy community by connecting directly with our customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • License & Background Check: Full, clean UK driving license; DBS check.
  • Experience: Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Skills: Self-motivated, confident in engaging with the public, strong communicator, capable of working independently, trustworthy, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Team Orientation: Embrace the ethos of “Team Cotteswold,” working collaboratively with a positive attitude to make the company the first choice for both employees and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Doorstep Canvassing: Conduct targeted doorstep outreach to promote Cotteswold Dairy’s local delivery services.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador, professionally conveying our story and values to potential customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Communicate product offerings effectively, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our range and service network.
  • Customer Engagement: Overcome objections with a positive approach, securing new customer details and relaying them for processing.
  • Sales Goals: Work toward weekly targets with unlimited commission opportunities; £10 per customer beyond the initial 50 weekly target.
  • Travel: Travel to and from targeted areas as part of your working day.
  • Compliance: Follow all company guidelines and procedures to maintain high standards in customer interactions and data handling.
