Description:
Joseph Ash Galvanizing Bridgend, who are part of the Joseph Ash Group, are currently looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive.
As an experienced Field Sales Executive, you will be able to confidently adapt to a varied customer base to suit each individual customer. You will maximise every opportunity, converting enquiries into sales and furthering relationships with existing customers.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 2 years’ experience in direct or door to door sales
- Is outgoing and presentable with the ability to instantly build strong customer relationships
- Is goal & results driven, with a sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the success of the company
- Has a proven track record in achieving targets
- Has the confidence to deal with decision-makers
- Has strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- Has excellent written, oral and communication skills
- Computer literate
Your Day to Day:
As a Field Sales Executive you will be primarily responsible for generating customer appointments and prospecting in order to maximise sales in a challenging, target driven environment. Your core responsibilities will be:
- Prospecting and qualifying leads before planning, booking and attending customer visits
- Strategic planning, forecasting and pricing of all major works including price negotiations for all repeat works
- Strategic overview of the current and ongoing market
- Collaboration with other departments and divisions within Joseph Ash Bridgend and the Group
- Account management with both new and existing clients
- Maintain the customer database
