FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

Finest Drinks is an importer of premium beverage brands, such as Alchemy Superfood Elixirs and 1883 coffee syrups, we have been operating in the UK for 5 years and have the opportunity for an experienced Field sales Executive to join our team.
Finest Drinks Ltd manage two key brands that are supplied to the Coffee and Drinks business. Understanding or previous experience of this area would be advantageous but not essential.
We are working to expand our distribution in the Greater London area through existing and new customers, this is a chance to join an vibrant and exiting business, that is experiencing unprecedented growth in the foodservice beverage area.
You will be working remotely, however supported by one of the company’s founders and a dynamic team in our Manchester office, we have an enviable customer base in the London area, just waiting for the right person to help them grow.

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced, sales professional with curiosity and creativity, ideally with experience in consumer products. A personal alignment with our mission and the value of our business is essential.

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role or industry
  • Results-driven with a proven track record in delivering new business and sales results.
  • CRM experience
  • Agile, being able to juggle, prioritize and excel with both proactive and reactive tasks daily.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

You will be driving sales through all our channels, with a strong business focus on our Café’s, coffee shops and Roasters, the role will be a mixture of working to expand distribution in the existing customer base and knocking on doors, being the face of Finest Drinks, and bringing in new business. Reporting to the UK General Manager, you will work with the team to grow our customer base.

Key responsibilities are to:

  • Visit customers, pitch to win new business, and support sell-through.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationships with channel accounts.
  • Grow distribution in current account base.
  • Develop a solid pipeline and grow your sales competencies to inform, enhance and implement our sales and marketing strategy.
  • Monitor market and customer activities to deliver insight to the business.
