Technical / professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in the Payroll and HR industry

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing a Sales Team in the medium segment.
- Develop team members to exceed goals using a multifaced approach that includes coaching, training and goal setting/ tracking and implementation of development plans.
- Drive team dynamics.
- Drive and ensure quota achievement per product line.
- Measure existing KPIs, pull actionable insights, and build/maintain dashboards and reports that illustrate progress against quarterly basis.
- Building relationships between teams and Business Partners.
- Drive instant execution within the teams.
- Forecast monthly and quarterly sales volumes for budget / resources planning and be able to present to leadership team.
- Responsible for recruiting/hiring process, ensure onboarding and continuous training for ASM Reps
- Interlock with sales reporting on sales opportunity quality with clear pipeline-based opportunities.
- High level project management of all new contracts and services to the prescribed clients.
- Advising on changes and trends in the marketplace and competitor activities.

- Experience in building a team to focus on driving projects, including the process/procedure development. Team player with ability to share knowledge.

- Direct and ensure the implementation of operational policies personally and through subordinate manager(s)
